A. Singles and Couples
At The Couple Binders, we create learning, reflection and support spaces that equip people to build healthy, Christ-centred and purpose-driven relationships.
Our programmes respond to the different seasons of life; from preparing for marriage and strengthening the couple relationship to helping individuals grow in identity, purpose and wholeness. Through facilitated conversations, practical learning, retreats, masterclasses and personalised support, we resource people with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive.
Preparing for Marriage
Rooted Before Rings
Rooted Before Rings is a monthly conversation for people who are not yet married. It equips singles, dating couples and engaged couples to make informed relationship decisions and prepare intentionally for marriage.
After years of walking with married couples, we became convinced that many marriage challenges could be prevented through better preparation before marriage. Rooted Before Rings therefore creates a safe space for conversations about identity, dating, values, purpose, discernment, relationships and readiness for marriage.
The programme is open to adults at different stages of the journey, from those who are single and seeking clarity to those in relationships or preparing for marriage.
The conversations are held online on the last Saturday of every month.
Enriching Marriage
1. The Couples’ Getaway
The Couples’ Getaway is our annual flagship experience for married couples. It offers spouses an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with each other and invest intentionally in their marriage.
Since the first Getaway in 2014, couples have gathered for honest conversations, practical learning, prayer, relaxation and meaningful connection. Each year explores a carefully selected theme relevant to married life, with experienced facilitators guiding couples through reflection and practical application.
The Getaway is held annually during the second weekend of June.
2. The Annual Theme Masterclass
Each year, we identify a key issue affecting couples and create an extended learning journey around it. The Annual Theme Masterclass enables couples to move beyond a single conversation and explore the selected subject in greater depth.
The programme combines facilitated sessions, couple conversations, practical assignments and accountability. It is designed for couples who want to translate knowledge into practical action and lasting change within their relationship and family.

3. Blissfully Bound
Blissfully Bound is a structured six-session marriage-enrichment programme designed to strengthen couples in the foundational pillars that most influence marital stability and long-term thriving: faith, family, finances, intimacy and resilience through life’s changing seasons.
The programme responds to recurring marital challenges observed through years of working with couples.
Rather than offering a one-time motivational talk, Blissfully Bound takes couples through a guided transformational journey. It equips them with practical tools, shared frameworks and actionable growth plans that they can continue applying beyond the programme.
Blissfully Bound is designed for church groups, organisations and private cohorts seeking to strengthen marriages intentionally within their communities.
4. Personalised Couple Support
Some marriage experiences require a more private and personalised space than a group programme can provide. We journey with couples and individuals who need support to understand their situation, have difficult conversations and identify constructive steps forward.
Our support is informed by our lived experience, years of working with couples and continued learning in marriage enrichment. Where a matter requires specialised professional intervention, we encourage and guide couples to seek the appropriate support.
